Cocoa Beans

Beans arrival at warehouse
Raja Putra Manggala is equipped with modern warehouse facility that runs on international standard and strict safety control. When cocoa beans arrive in its original form, careful moving procedure is applied for the best storage in our climate-controlled and regularly-supervised warehouse.

Sampling
Sampling is the preliminary stage for all products arrival. Using traditional methods to sustain the best quality in early stage, we take a small amount from each bag for testing purpose to analyze whether certain cocoa beans are qualified for export purpose.

Testing
Testing is conducted in our facility for the purpose of checking the moisture level, waste, mouldy beans, insects and estimating bean counts.

Sun Drying
The size of our facility allows for the best sun drying method in large amount. Laid bare on well-covered platform, this traditional method of drying is the most prefered where manual raking and turning is done professionally to ensure the uniformity of dried final products.

Sieve Machine
The cleaning of cocoa beans begins with sieving process to remove unnecessary components such as dirt, damaged/broken beans and other particles such as stones, fibers, metals and others. Supervised strictly by our staff, the cocoa beans will be cleaned of all impurities prior to packaging.

Packaging
As a final step, we use high quality and moisture-resistant food grade jute bags. This is to ensure the freshness and best quality cocoa beans to our customers.
Ready to Ship
We have a monthly export quantity of approximately 300 ton to various destinations, including Europe, China, India, Malaysia and others.
